Ross M. Pirtle

Mr. Pirtle founded Railware in 1999.  He has been intimately involved with real-time rail control system applications for over thirteen years.  He has been actively developing software applications for over twenty years.  He holds a bachelors degree in computer science.

Thomas DiEmidio

Mr. DiEmidio has over twelve years transit rail operations experience with Metro-North Railroad.  He has been actively developing software applications both in the private sector and for the military for over twenty years.  He holds an associates degree in computer science.

Jay Walser

Mr. Walser has over twenty-five years of experience in the rail and transit industry.  His experience encompasses division responsibilities for both the C.M.St.P&P Railway and the C&NW Transportation Company, vice president field operations responsibilities for a software company, and was chief engineer for a signal equipment manufacturer, where he holds an international patent.  He holds an associates degree in electronics and a bachelor's degree in business and is a member of the Institute of Railway Signal Engineers.  In addition, Mr. Walser has taught railway signaling at the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee.
