| Railware has developed a suite of products for the rail industry. This suite of products provides the industry a fully integrated Enterprise Control and Information System (ECIS). ECIS may be implemented as a complete system, as stand-alone components, or as enhancements to an existing system, where necessary data can be transmitted and/or received from that system.
Whether you want a hands-off or a hands-on system, Railware can provide the level of support you need, from 24/7 telephone and network connected support to technical support on an "as-needed" basis.
Railware's Enterprise Control and Information Systems run on multiple monitor desktop computers and continuously available servers that take the place of bulky, proprietary systems. Railware has provided systems for most major railroads and several transit properties. The fact that Railware has successfully worked with such a broad group is evidence of the quality of service our products and support provide to our customers.
The Railware ECIS Traffic Manager (CTC Office Control System) is a fourth generation product that has provided safe and reliable service to the following customers
-
Metro North Railroad
-
Norfolk Southern Corporation
-
Kansas City Terminal Railway
-
Guilford Rail Systems
-
CN North America
-
Northeast Illinois Regional Commuter Railroad Corporation
-
Wisconsin Central Ltd.
-
Elgin, Joliet, & Eastern Railway
-
State Rail Authority of New South Wales (Australia)
Prior generation traffic control products have also provided service to these customers
-
Union Pacific Railroad
-
Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway
-
Chicago & Northwestern Transportation Company
-
Grand Trunk Western Railroad
Due to the safety, reliability, ease-of-use, and success of the Traffic Manager, the fifth generation of this product is currently under development to keep it current with growing customer requirements and today's technology.
