The ECIS Traffic Manager (TM) provides those functions necessary to directly manage rail traffic on either signaled or dark territories.  The TM is fully configurable and only requires those functions that are necessary to support the operations of the railway.  All functions are integrated into a uniform system to easily and economically accommodate all traffic patterns from low-density freight to high-density transit operations

      • Route conflict checking

    • Custom logic (Boolean equations) allows support for all operations requirements not provided for in the embedded logic
      • Field Entry/Exit (used in the Northeast)
      • Shunt Signals (used in Australia )
      • Tunnel Door Detector (used in the North)
  • Historic graphical playback
    • Live or off-line
    • Includes all button pushes, controls, indications, and train movements
  • Territory Transfer
    • Ability to transfer territories between desks or to another office
    • Consolidate territories during slow periods
  • Administrative viewing of operations
    • Authorized users can monitor operations from anywhere
  • SQL database
    • All operations are logged from every workstation and every server
    • Support for queries for off-line analysis
    • Utilizes standard interface to exchange data with other enterprise systems
  • Front-end support for all field protocols
